For a prestigious Italian food company, leader in the fresh and dehydrated fruits field, present with its own products in Italy and in foreign markets, we are looking for an:




The role, reporting to the International Division Director, will have to manage  the most relevant customers of East Europe area in a direct and independent way, and cooperate significantly in the retail channel’s business development in Asia.


Besides, the resource will be responsible for the area budget, for the indirect sales force management and for the distributors in the area he / she is competent for.


He /she will participate in the definition of commercial strategy and prices policy and promotional activities, besides to participating in the meetings with customers and in the field fairs.




  • A  5 – year – experience accrued at companies belonging to the  FMCG field, preferably food, with direct management of retail customers and business development activities.
  • Negotiation and foreign customers management skills, brokers or local distributors management, support and training to the local sellers, familiarity with market analysis and identification of business development opportunities in the areas  he/she is responsible for, ability to work in a well organized and methodical way, giving the Management Board a structured reporting
  • Autonomy in the efficiency, orientation to business development and goals achievement; pro – activity and entrepreneurial spirit complete the required profile.
  • Good command of English language; preferable the knowledge of French language too.
