For an important Customer operating in the supply of components aimed at the automotive field  we are looking for a:

 

 GERMANY KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Role description:

 

Within the Sales structure, he /she will take care of the customers management in the industrial and commercial vehicle field on German speaking countries, with a double goal:

  • Business development
  • Assurance of an effective management in terms of service delivery, profitability and Customer satisfaction.

 

Duties and tasks:

 

  • Business Development
  • Management of the existing business
  • Customer Satisfaction Management
  • Transfer of the Customer needs in terms of Products / Services into the Company
  • Benchmark and intelligence on the Market
  • Proposal, sharing and implementation of development actions on direct / indirect customers, gathering of current needs and growth opportunity.

 

Skills and requirements:

 

Degree, preferably technical / scientific

 

A specific knowledge of German customers is indispensible

 

Relational and negotiation skills

 

Analysis and context reading skills

 

Good knowledge of English and German language

 

Workplace: Chivasso

 

Provided level: Quadro
